Brandon and Alicia met during our undergraduate careers at Kutztown University. “We were friends for about a year and a half before figuring out we had mutual feelings for each other and finally did something about it! We graduated together in May 2017 and he went to Pittsburgh with me while I completed my Master’s degree. He proposed on what I thought was a casual walk at a favorite locale of ours in Pittsburgh, the Pittsburgh Botanic Gardens. We planned nearly the whole wedding from “afar” as we intended to get married in Kutztown at Trinity Lutheran, where we attended our whole time in undergrad. When the day came in October 2021, Trinity still had some COVID masking protocols in place, so we and all our guests wore masks the whole ceremony, but it made the first kiss as husband and wife that much sweeter! I couldn’t imagine doing this life with anyone else!”
Ps. Did we mention that they had a STAR WARS themed wedding !?! How cool!
